One cannot pay for growth, nourishment and for just being what one truly is. There is no charge for learning Sahaja Yoga Meditation and its techniques. We hope that these programs will provide you a convenient way to get started.

We have a special program on Saturday, July 26 at 11:00am. There will be MANY people from around the country and around the globe, including professional musicians. This is a program you do not want to miss! See Realize America for more information about this event.

We have local meetings at Brookhaven Park every Saturday morning 10:30-11:45. All classes are free and everyone is welcome.
